Andrew is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Housing and a graduate in Housing Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
Andrew has worked for a number of organisations in both the public and private sector and draws on that experience to provide good all round property management to landlords and tenants alike.
Andrew is originally from South Yorkshire but has lived locally for most of his adult life. He is married with two children and carries the burden of being a Sheffield Wednesday supporter!
Wendy has over 35 years’ experience in residential housing, gained in both the public and private sector. She is knowledgeable in letting and managing private residential properties and has a good understanding of the law and best practice relating to the sector.
During her career, Wendy has gained a good understanding of the needs and demands of private landlords and tenants, houses in multiple occupation, managing leasehold accounts, housing benefits and energy efficiency. She is also experienced in budget management, strategic planning and policy development. Above all, Wendy has a strong customer focus and is committed to giving excellent service at all times.
Wendy is married with one son and, in her leisure time she enjoys caravanning, particularly in the South West of England and going on long walks with the family and their black Labrador.
