About Expert Property Shop

Expert Property Shop is an independent company specialising in
all aspects of property management.

Expert Property Shop was set up by Kevin McDonnell and Andrew Fullelove.


Kevin and Andrew are landlords themselves and as such understand the needs of both property owners and tenants.


Together their combined 25 years’ experience in the residential property industry bring a diverse range of expertise and knowledge both as landlords and having worked with companies from both the social and private housing sector.


Andrew and Kevin draw on this experience to offer an affordable, high quality service to customers throughout Worksop and beyond.

Andrew Fullelove

Andrew is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Housing and a graduate in Housing Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.


Andrew has worked for a number of organisations in both the public and private sector and draws on that experience to provide good all round property management to landlords and tenants alike.


Andrew is originally from South Yorkshire but las lived locally for most of his adult life. He is married with two children and carries the burden of being a Sheffield Wednesday supporter!

Our Letting & Management Service includes

  • Preparing an inventory and schedule of condition.

  • Collecting a tenancy deposit which will be treated in accordance with current legislation.

  • Preparing a suitable tenancy agreement and arranging signature by the tenant.

  • Obtaining and evaluating references and credit checks.

  • Accompanying tenant applicants to view the property.

  • Locating suitable tenants. Your property will be advertised on-line

  • Advising you on compliance with the various safety regulations.

  • Checking the tenant into the property and agreeing the inventory.

  • Keeping in touch with the tenant on a routine basis, and arranging renewals of the agreement as necessary.

  • Supervising the transfer of gas, electricity and council tax accounts into the tenant’s name.

  • Receiving rental payments monthly in advance, and paying you promptly, together with a detailed statement from our computerised management systems.

  • If required paying regular outgoings for you from rental payments.

  • Inspecting the property periodically, and reporting any problems to you.

  • Arranging any necessary repairs or maintenance after first liaising with you.

  • Checking tenants out as required, reletting and continuing the process with the minimum of vacant periods to ensure that you receive the optimum return from your property.

  • We maintain a flexible attitude, and may be able to adapt our service if required to meet our client’s individual circumstances and needs.
