The company was initially centred around the day-to-day management of a property portfolio, owned by the current director Kevin Mcdonnell.
Kevin is a celebrated UK property Investor and best-selling author of multiple property investment books.
Since being established, Expert Property Shop has continued to expand through consistent networking and positive business relationships with Landlords, Vendors, Investors and Tenants to provide continuous knowledge, experience, and support and as such, increasing the number of third-party owned managed rental properties across the local area and throughout the Country.
With many years’ industry experience, extensive knowledge of the local property market the team at Expert Property Shop pride themselves on being able to offer clients bespoke, wide ranging property services.
Our business model is based on progressive functionality, we provide ‘bespoke services’ for our ‘bespoke clients’.
