Since beginning his journey in 2003, Kevin has faced and overcome significant challenges, eventually mastering the property investment game by 2013. Kevin owns multiple businesses and a multi-million-pound property portfolio. His passion for real estate led him to found Expert Property Shop in 2016 when he couldn't find a Lettings Agency, he felt he could trust to manage his properties adequately. He has since built an exceptional, dedicated and experienced team who continually exceed expectations and push service level boundaries in providing third party property management services to Landlords across the country. Kevin's main objective is to help others achieve financial freedom through smart property investment strategies and to allow landlords to have a hassle-free service whilst providing tenants with high quality accommodation and excellent service.

ClairBranch Manager

Clair has a genuine passion for all things ‘Property’, starting her property career in Student Lets almost two decades ago she has gained a wealth of valuable knowledge and experience within both Sales and Lettings. As an experienced Operations Manager she is key to ensuring all business policy, procedure and compliance is up-to-date and relevant. As a property Valuer she provides market insight to the business, Investor Clients and Landlords while providing bespoke services to suit individual needs. As a Branch Manager she provides the team with the training, continued support and development along with the tools to be able to offer service levels that push boundaries within the industry. Clair always brings honesty, positivity, enthusiasm and provides a solid foundation for the business and all our clients, old and new.

DeniseTenancy Manager

Denise joined the EPS team in 2023 and brings with her a strong background in management and exceptional customer service Denise is a key member of the Lettings Team utilising her wealth of experience to support all clients and her colleagues, her ability to connect with tenants and landlords alike is second to none. Through years of leadership roles, where Denise has demonstrated both strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving, she continues to provide knowledge, experience, customer service and satisfaction to all who cross her path, building long term relationships and creating a positive environment to work in. As Denise transitions into lettings, she continues to focus on providing the best service to clients, building relationships, and being dedicated to meeting the customers’ needs. In such a short period of time Denise has proven to be a valuable asset to the team and exceed all expectations.

Rachael Maintenance Manager

Rachael is an experienced, dedicated Maintenance Manager, Having worked within the Lettings Industry for over a decade she brings a wealth of knowledge to the business. A key member of Lettings Team she provides constant support to our tenants and landlords ensuring health and safety compliance and providing quality maintenance works are completed in a timely manner. Rachael continuously goes above and beyond and is committed to providing client satisfaction. With a can-do attitude and smile on her face, from full property refurbishments to burst water mains, Rachael is always happy to help.

KayleighLettings Negotiator

After Graduating in 2021 with an Events Management degree, Kayleigh has accumulated a great deal of knowledge and experience within the hospitality and most recently lettings industry. Kayleigh has many interests as shown through her working and educational background, She prides herself on her ability to multitask and her main objective is to establish a solid foundation of trust, reliability, excellent customer service and understanding when supporting tenants in finding their new home. Kayleigh has a fantastic, positive outlook on everything and she is already becoming a firm favourite with our clients. As the first point of contact, Kayleigh manages all the enquiries, conducts viewings, check-ins, and check-outs. Kayleigh thrives in a busy environment end enjoys the variety of tasks her role with EPS involves and the team bond that we have here at Expert Property Shop.
