When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it so we can improve our standards. We are members of The Property Redress Scheme and are bound by their Code of Practice. If you have a complaint, please put it in writing including as much detail as possible to the relevant Department Manager.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 days and respond with our viewpoint within 14 days.

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved or remain dissatisfied with the response.

Please write to the Branch Manager as listed below explaining your reason you are not happy with our response.
